Born and raised in Costa Rica, Iona moved to the U.S. to study at UT Austin and later earned her MBA from Florida International University. With recruiting experience across global markets and industries, she knows how to align candidates’ goals with the fast-paced needs of growing companies. Today, she applies that expertise to startups and tech - helping founders hire with confidence and guiding talent through meaningful career pivots. Outside of work, you’ll find her in her jewelry studio, spending time with her husband and son, or Latin dancing.
